Having taught both singing and music in primary schools, performing arts schools and dance schools around Cheshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester for many years, Nicola made the decision to begin teaching one-to-one singing lessons in 2018. The idea to start teaching private singing lessons came after the birth of her son, Fletcher, in September 2017. Lessons are based at The Studio at Nicola's home in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Nicola is extremely passionate about singing and working with young people. She continues to regular attend workshops and courses, as well as studying for qualifications to continually improve her knowledge of the voice. Through her lessons, Nicola strives to build students' confidence, ensure vocal safety, ignite students' own passions for singing and help to improve their vocal technique and performance skills. On top of this, she is always looking for performance opportunities for students and encourages them to be brave and challenge themselves! Nicola builds strong, long-lasting relationships with her students and makes sure that her lessons are fun, engaging and focused on each individual students' needs.
